NA Villa - Al Furjan, Dubai
In the heart of Al Furjan, Dubai, we embarked on this project to transform the villa into a harmonious blend of Japanese and Scandinavian influences. The design journey took us through every space, reshaping the living, dining, and entrance areas, along with the guest bathroom and outdoor landscape. The vision was clear: to create a serene, functional, and aesthetically calming environment that resonates with the simplicity and natural beauty of both cultures.
The entrance foyer immediately greets you with an atmosphere of tranquility. The interplay between the textured wooden walls and the soft lighting evokes a sense of minimalism, while the marble console and abstract artwork add a touch of modern sophistication. This space sets the tone for the entire villa, a perfect blend of calm and understated elegance.
Moving into the living room, we continued the theme of natural serenity. Neutral tones dominate the space, with soft textures and clean lines providing a comfortable, welcoming environment. The custom furniture pieces, with their plush forms and thoughtful placement, invite relaxation. Light filters through the expansive windows, connecting the interior seamlessly with the outdoor greenery, making it an ideal space for both entertainment and everyday living.
The dining area is a continuation of this balanced design. Here, functionality meets artistic expression. The centerpiece is a sleek dining table, surrounded by sculptural chairs that provide comfort without compromising on style. Above, pendant lights cast a gentle glow, while a large piece of modern art adds character to the otherwise minimalist space.
In the guest bathroom, natural materials come together in perfect harmony. The soft, neutral palette is accented by gold fixtures, adding warmth and luxury to this small but impactful space. The minimalist design ensures a clutter-free environment, emphasizing the simplicity and beauty of the materials used.
Finally, the landscape design is where the villa truly embraces its outdoor surroundings. The outdoor seating area is framed by lush greenery, creating a private oasis that’s perfect for alfresco dining or simply enjoying the tranquility of the space. The design brings the natural elements into harmony with the structured architectural lines of the villa, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience.
