Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
Within the UAE, we ship our products within 1-3 working days from the date of order.
For international shipping outside the UAE, please allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive.
DELIVERY TIMES
All orders are delivered within UAE from Monday – Saturday, excluding Sunday and public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends and holidays will not be processed until the following business day.
Orders placed after 4 PM UAE time will not be processed until the following business day.
WAREHOUSE POLICY
Storage of your order is free for 30 days from the invoice date. If the storage period is exceeded, you must pay a minimum of 5% storage charge every 30 days. Your order is stored for a maximum of 90 days, after which we deduct the storage charge and update the balance on your store credit balance.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We offer the following payment options:
- Credit and Debit card through our Network International POS machine for Visa & MasterCard local and International cards.
- Online payments through direct checkout or links through Network International Payment Gateway
- Cash on collection from our warehouse only.
All sales prices mentioned on our website are in UAE dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT.
RETURN POLICY
Returns and refunds
We do not accept returns or refunds. We make every effort to reduce transportation and restocking, relabeling, and other costs. If you have any questions, please come to our Studio in Dubai to see the products in person. You can also read detailed product descriptions, verified product reviews, or contact us by phone or email for more information. Every effort is made to provide you with an accurate picture and description of the products so that you can make an informed decision.
Replacements / Refunds / Defects
We provide replacements for any merchandise that is damaged during delivery or upon arrival, though we will do everything possible to ensure your item is properly packaged to arrive safely. If you receive a package that contains a damaged item, please take a picture of both the damaged item and the damaged packaging.
Complaints with pictures must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
