Yes, You can come visit us in person! We are located in Warehouse #3, Al Khayat Avenue, Al Quoz Industrial First, Dubai. Our Studio is open for visits from Monday to Saturday between 8AM - 6PM. We look forward to welcoming you!

We try to display as many pieces as possible, given the available space. However, if you have a specific product/color in mind, please contact us ahead of time to ensure that arrangements are made for your items.

Yes, we offer both ready-made and custom-made furniture.

Yes, a big part of our scope is design services. We would be more than happy to assist with your specific questions and space layouts.

Our shipping charges are calculated based on the destination.

For orders within the UAE, we offer our customers with free shipping to all 7 Emirates.

For destinations outside the UAE, shipping charges will be determined during checkout based on the specifics of your order and the delivery address. Please note that all orders shipped outside of the UAE may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon receipt, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Within the UAE, we ship our products within 1-3 working days from the date of order. 

For international shipping outside the UAE, please allow up to 10 days for your order to arrive.

All orders are delivered from Monday – Saturday, excluding Sunday and public holidays. 

Orders placed on weekends and holidays will not be processed until the following business day.

Orders placed after 4 PM UAE time will not be processed until the following business day.

In the UAE, our small parcel deliveries are delivered by one of our delivery drivers. You will be provided with a packing slip.

Large furniture items will be delivered by our professional team who will unpack your items carefully and set it up in the room of your choice.

For orders outside the UAE, we exclusively partner with DHL for shipping. DHL's global network ensures reliable and efficient delivery, providing you with peace of mind regardless of your location.

By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into your account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.
